30-Day Hardware Return & Replacement

If your product is defective within the first 30-days of purchase date call us and we will issue Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions (where to ship the product, etc.) You must ship the defective product at your own expense.

After your product is inspected and determined to be defective we will ship a replacement by ground freight carrier. Acuity POS Systems, Inc. will pay for ground shipment to the customer within the first 30 days.

After 30 days the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
